Here's the process we go through once a new TSR submits an application:
- A careful review of applicant resumes with experience in customer care, sales, and specified industry areas.
- Our recruiting team conducts phone screenings, and one-on-one interviews.
- Background checks are conducted on acceptable applicants
- Selected applicants undergo four critical skill tests:
- Measured listening skills
- Telephone etiquette
- Word Processing testing
- Typing tests
- Our acceptance rate is selective. Once we find the right match, we send employment offer letter and schedule training. Training gives our team a competitive edge to complement their strong backgrounds.
